Introduction:

Please carefully review the following terms and conditions. By checking the box to sign up for our text messaging program, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages from Discount Fences, Inc. (ie: “Discount Fences”), at the telephone number(s) that you provide. You may opt-out of these communications at any time. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services.

You also accept and agree to be bound by these SMS Terms and Conditions, the Website Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms and agreements related to your use of Discount Fences’s services.

Program Description:

Discount Fences, its independently owned and operated, and its staff does not utilize an automatic telephone dialing system (“autodialer”) to deliver text messages to you. Instead, Discount Fences text messages are manually sent and intended to provide you with information about upcoming service appointments, contractual issues, permitting issues, and final inspection appointments. Other Discount Fences’s goods and services (e.g., Discount Fences-sponsored events, coupons, promotions, product launches, sweepstakes, and contests) may be used and would be sent as SMS texts.

Message Frequency:

The number of Discount Fences text messages that you receive will vary depending on any number circumstances in order for us to accquire the correct information for providing you our full scope services. These texts are for handling contract details, sending photos of service areas, requests for surveys, signatures, and even used to attempt coordination of payment arrangements. With regards to marketing texts, you will receive a maximum of five (5) marketing related messages per month. The frequency of non-marketing messages will vary as such messages will be directly related to a scheduled or recently completed service call.

Cost:

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Discount Fences text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Discount Fences does not impose a separate fee for sending or receiving Discount Fences text messages.

Supported Carriers:

Supported carriers may change from time to time, but currently include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, US Cellular, and Cellular One, among others.

How to Opt-In:

To opt-in to receive text messages from a Discount Fences text messaging program, please contact us at 1-727-504-3986; select the appropriate option when using our ‘contact us’ page https://www.discountfences.net/contact-us/; or follow other such instructions as provided by the Discount Fences.

How to Opt-Out:

To stop receiving text messages from a specific Discount Fences text messaging program, text STOP to the ten digit number for the text messaging program from which you no longer wish to receive message (i.e., the ten digit number from which its text messages are being sent). You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out of that text messaging program. The confirmation may not be instant, but one of our staff will respond back as soon as they are able.

Your Mobile Telephone Number:

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for notifying Discount Fences immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You agree to indemnify Discount Fences in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Discount Fences if you change your telephone number, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Access or Delivery to Mobile Network is Not Guaranteed:

Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of Discount Fences’s control, and Discount Fences is not responsible or liable for issues arising from them.

Support/Help:

To request more information, text HELP to the ten digit short code for the text messaging program about which you have questions (i.e., the ten digit number from which its text messages are being sent). You may also receive help by contacting us at 1-727-504-3986 or submitting a “contact us” form at www.discountfences.net.

Eligibility:

To receive Discount Fences text messages, you must be a resident of the United States and 18 years of age or older. Discount Fences reserves the right to require you to prove that you are at least 18 years of age.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Discount Fences may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to www.discountfences.net. You agree to review these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued consent to receive Discount Fences text messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.

Termination of Text Messaging:

Discount Fences may suspend or terminate your receipt of Discount Fences text messages if Discount Fences believes you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of Discount Fences text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. Discount Fences reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of Discount Fences text messages, with or without notice.

SMS Terms and Conditions:

Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties. Any and all information is kept private and is to be used solely to maximize our ability to provide you with the best quality fencing that we can.

Types of SMS Communications:

If you have consented to receive text messages from Discount Fences, you may receive text messages related to internal communication with employees regarding items pertaining to schedules, appointments, estimates, contracts, permitting document requests, permit inspection scheduling, and any other work-related issues. External communications with our clients may include updates on appointments, services, installations, and permitting.
